Jada is a clinical mental health counseling graduate student pursuing her master’s degree at Sacred Heart University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Throughout her professional and academic journey, she has had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including first-generation college students, students of color, individuals experiencing homelessness, students with disabilities, and refugees.
In her clinical work, she takes a compassionate and collaborative approach, blending mindfulness-based practices, person-centered techniques, and cognitive behavioral therapy to empower clients in deepening their self-awareness and navigating life’s challenges with resilience. Her goal is to equip clients with the tools, resources, and support they need to lead fulfilling, authentic lives.
After becoming licensed, she aspires to open a wellness center that integrates mental health counseling with holistic healing practices, creating a space where individuals can find both emotional and spiritual balance.
Outside of counseling, she enjoys creative writing, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with loved ones.
