Join our panel discussion on what it is like to identify as LGBTQ+ while serving time in an American prison. Panelists include Michael Cox, Douglas Rogers, and Joli Sparkman Bayron, all formerly incarcerated individuals now doing advocacy work. They will discuss topics such as discrimination in prisons based on sexual orientation and policies that can be implemented to better support LGBTQ+ people in prison. All members of the Clark community are welcome. Refreshments will be served. Serves as a follow-up training for Petey Greene volunteers. Co-sponsored by OPEN and Speakers Forum.
