Registrar's Office

Welcome to the Registrar's Office

The Registrar's Office is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all student academic records such as transcripts, enrollment verifications, and degree certifications. Transfer courses, advanced standing courses, and credit for advanced placement exams and the international baccalaureate are posted to a student's academic record upon approval of Clark's Academic Advising Office.

The Registrar's Office operates and maintains the CUWeb product, which allows all current Clark students to register online for classes each semester; to view unofficial transcripts, class schedules, grades, and biographic and financial information; and to make payments via electronic check to their Clark student accounts. We also oversee all aspects of the registration process for Clark students taking courses at Clark or in approved Clark Study Abroad programs.

Other responsibilities include recording academic-related information such as a student's major(s), minor(s), concentration(s), and faculty advisor(s). The Registrar's Office reviews the academic records of all undergraduate students in the second semester of their junior year to ensure that all degree requirements have been or will be met prior to graduation.

Please click on the individual tabs that appear above for more detailed information on course offerings, academic calendars, etc. Links to CUWeb can be found in the second paragraph and under Additional Resources.
