Clark University is following CDC and State of Massachusetts guidelines relative to Covid-19, and as such, the Registrar’s Office is closed to in-person traffic and all business will be conducted online.
The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all student academic records such as transcripts, enrollment verifications, and degree certifications. Upon approval of Clark’s Academic Advising Office, transfer courses, advanced standing courses, and credit for advanced placement exams and the International Baccalaureate are posted to a student’s academic record.
The Registrar’s Office also:
- Records academic-related information such as students’ majors, minors, concentrations, and faculty advisers.
- Reviews the academic records of all undergraduate students in the second semester of their junior year to ensure that all degree requirements have been, or will be, met before graduation.
The Registrar’s Office operates and maintains the CUWeb product, which allows all current Clark students to register online for classes each semester; view unofficial transcripts, class schedules, grades, and biographic and financial information; and make payments via electronic check to their Clark student accounts.
We also oversee all aspects of the registration process for Clark students taking courses at Clark or in approved Clark Study Abroad programs.
