Extractives@Clark presents “A New Gold Rush: Brazil Fails to Control Illegal Mining and Watches Mechanized Mining Thrive in Amazonia,” a lecture by Cesar Diniz.
Dr. Cesar Diniz holds a Ph.D. in geology and geochemistry from the Federal University of Pará in Brazil. He is currently a postdoctorate fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health. Cesar is a founding partner of Solved – Solutions in Geoinformation, and has experience in the field of Remote Sensing Analysis.
