The Office of Student Employment is centralizing all onboarding and hiring for undergraduate and graduate students (master’s and doctoral) this fall. We will be hosting mandatory, hands-on training sessions for new hire forms, which will be housed in Interview Exchange.
- Monday, Oct. 30 at 9:30 – 10:30 a.m., Lurie Conference Room
- Friday, Nov. 3 at 2 – 3 p.m., virtual
- Monday, Nov. 6 at 1:30 – 2:30 p.m., ASEC 202
- Friday, Nov. 10 at 9:30 – 10:30 a.m., virtual

If you have ever filled out a SmartBuy Plus hire form or a Payroll Authorization form, you must attend this training session.
