Prepare for Success at Clark: Critical Reading Strategies aims to provide students with effective reading strategies designed to make them more confident, efficient, and skilled readers. Students will practice strategies to help them navigate a variety of academic texts. They will learn how to become more active, engaged readers, process and comprehend information more thoroughly, as well as evaluate and summarize material. Students will also explore various notetaking systems to better organize and retain information.
