Cindy is the founder of Results Based Coaching (RBC) Associates and has 10 years of coaching and 20 years of business leadership experience at Fortune 100 firms. She led the internal coaching practice at Fidelity Investments and holds multiple coaching certifications, including an ACC from the International Coaching Federation and a Mastering Leadership Transition Certification.
