Craig Pintoff, BA ’91, serves as Executive Vice President—Chief Administrative and Legal Officer of United Rentals. He is responsible for leading the company’s legal and human resources functions, after previously serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Human Resources. Craig will discuss his background, his view of the key challenges in leading people today, career advice (e.g., what skills do they need to develop now, what kinds of experiences are valuable to employers, mistakes that young professionals commonly make), issues around change, diversity, equity & inclusion.
