Craig PintoffCraig Pintoff, BA ’91, serves as Executive Vice President—Chief Administrative and Legal Officer of United Rentals. He is  responsible for leading the company’s legal and human resources functions, after previously serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Human Resources.  Craig will discuss his background, his view of the key challenges in leading people today, career advice (e.g., what skills do they need to develop now, what kinds of experiences are valuable to employers, mistakes that young professionals commonly make), issues around change, diversity, equity & inclusion.

United Rentals, Inc. is the largest equipment rental company in the world. The company has an integrated network of 1,169 rental locations in North America and 11 in Europe. In North America, the company operates in 49 states and every Canadian province. The company’s approximately 18,900 employees serve construction and industrial customers, utilities, municipalities, homeowners and others. The company offers approximately 4,000 classes of equipment for rent with a total original cost of $14.13 billion.
