As a small or mid-sized business, it’s just not possible to compete with the larger organizations in the battle for top talent. But that’s OK — you don’t have to! This is not a problem that is solved only by throwing money at it! It takes some strategy and there are a few key steps that any organization can take to create a buzz around your business and draw potential candidates to your front door (or your virtual workplace if you are a remote environment)! Join us as we talk about the candidate landscape today, what’s driving the worker shortage, what will happen over the next 12 months and how you can put your business ahead of your competition!  Allison Ebner, VP, Member Relations & Partnerships at Employers Association of the NorthEast will present.

Allison has spent her career working in roles encompassing human resources, recruitment and corporate branding including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement and labor trends and compliance.
