Clark graduate Eric Dale is a partner in a private equity firm focused on equity and debt investments in the lower-middle and middle markets. He is the former Chief Legal and Chief Risk Officer of Nielsen (NYSE: NLSN) and prior to that, served as Chairman of Robinson + Cole’s Emerging Companies, Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice Group and Chairman of the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee.
Eric’s specialties include capital formation, M&A and restructuring in the food & beverage/consumer products industry, digital media, technology, energy and financial services . He will discuss aspects of finance and law, as well as developing a career in these fields.
