Information Technology Services works with departments and offices across campus to meet the technology needs of Clark faculty and staff. We can provide the systems and support required to elevate your teaching, research, and service.

ITS strives to provide faculty with the appropriate level of computing power for their needs. Generally, Clark-provided computers are either Windows- or Mac- based systems with a standard set of software that includes Microsoft Office, SPSS, a web browser, and media plugins. In some cases, specialized software is required; for more information, contact the ITS Help Desk.

Current members of the Clark community are provided mailboxes in Clark’s Office 365 platform. All University-level electronic communications will be sent to his account; you have the option to forward your Clark email to other services, but we cannot guarantee the delivery of email that is forwarded to a non-Clark email address.

Accessing your Clark Email

You may access your Clark email on or off campus a variety of ways, including with a variety of connection methods including the Outlook web client, your preferred email service (the ITS Help Desk supports Outlook), or apps for your mobile device. To log in via Outlook on the web, click here or visit the ClarkYOU portal.

You will access your email using your Clark account. When prompted for your username, include it as an email address ([username] If you need to change your password, use the Password Change Utility.

Accessing your Clark Voicemail

The voicemail system is part of Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Unified Messaging, which offers combined inbox for both email and voicemail. Speech commands let you:

  • Read your transcribed voice messages from your inbox (If you chose to turn on the feature)
  • Listen to your email and calendar items over the phone with text-to-speech
  • Search for contacts from the Global Address List and send them messages
  • Read or hear missed call information
