Information Technology Services (ITS) works with departments across campus to meet the technology needs of Clark faculty. We can provide the systems and support required to elevate your teaching, research, and service.
Your Clark Account
Your Clark Account is the starting point for all services at Clark. It authenticates that you are who you say you are, allows access to the Clark network, and verifies what resources you have permission to use.
Faculty account information will be issued by email after all HR paperwork has been completed and your department approves their release. If you need help locating your information, please contact your departmental contact.
Once you’ve located those, you can activate your account, and get started!
Your Clark Computer
ITS strives to provide faculty with the right level of computer for their needs. Generally Clark-provided computers are either Windows or Macs with a standard set of software, that includes Microsoft Office, Zoom, and web browsers. ITS can also organize for a range of specialized software to be available. For more information, contact the ITS Help Desk (helpdesk@clarku.edu, 508-793-7745).
If you need help learning how to use your computer, please contact our Tech Trainer.
