University IT is the central provider of technology services for the Clark community.  Together, with staff and units across campus, we provide the technology services, systems, and support that you need to do your work.

ITS strives to provide Staff with the right level of computing power for their needs. Generally Clark provided computers are either Windows or Mac- based systems with a standard set of software, that includes Microsoft Office, SPSS, a Web browser and multi-media plugins. In some cases specialized software is required. For questions about specialized software see the ITS Software page.

Current members of the Clark community are provided mailboxes in Clark’s Office 365 service. Clark University sends all electronic communications using this account. You have the option to forward your Clark email to other services, but we cannot guarantee the delivery of email that is forwarded to a non-Clark email address.

Accessing your Clark Email

You may access your Clark email on or off-campus with a variety of connection methods including the Web, using your preferred email client (the ITS Help Desk supports Outlook), or apps for your mobile device. If you wish to login via the web, there is a link in the ClarkYOU portal or you can connect directly via the URL

Your Clark account is what you’ll use to access your email. When prompted for your username, specify it in the form of your Clark email address. If you need to change your password, use the Password Change Utility linked here.

Accessing your Clark Voicemail

The voicemail system is part of Microsoft™ Office 365 Exchange Unified Messaging, which offers combined inbox for both email and voicemail, with speech commands that let you:

  • Read your voice messages from your inbox with speech to text (If you chose to turn feature on)
  • Listen to your email and calendar items over the phone with text to speech
  • Search for contacts from the Global Address List and send them messages
  • Read or hear missed call information
