Welcome alumni, conference participant and other guests. Guests to Clark University (a person with no faculty, staff or student affiliation) may acquire access to limited Clark computing resources. Below are several ways for guests to connect while on campus. By connecting, guests agree to abide by the university’s Appropriate Use Policy.

ITS Help Desk
Starting Saturday, March 21st the Help Desk will no longer provide in-person support. Phone or email support is available during the hours of operation:
  • Monday – Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM
  • Friday: 8 AM- 5 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 12 PM - 5 PM
