The ITS Help Desk offers the Clark community a single point of access for technology problem resolution. Help Desk staff provide the first line of assistance to you.
If other ITS staff knowledge and resources are needed, your call will either be forwarded to the proper person or an ITS “ticket” will be submitted to the specialist.
