The Johnson Sanford Center features social, study, and multimedia lounge spaces; laundry facilities; and elevator access to all levels. The Johnson Sanford Center houses approximately 297 residents and several Resident Advisers, and is located in the Fuller Quadrangle along Florence and Charlotte Streets on the north side of campus. The Johnson Sanford Center is only a minute walk from the the Kneller Athletic Center, the Goddard Library, and the Little Center. The Johnson Sanford Center is also within a quick walk of the campus center, including the Higgins University Center, Atwood Hall, and Jonas Clark Hall.
The Johnson Sanford Center Hall features shared common space, including large social lounges on each level, 4th floor laundry facilities, a variety of kitchens, quiet study lounges, a multimedia study lounge, and semi-private bathrooms.
The Johnson Sanford Center incorporates a variety of single, double, and triple rooms. Rooms share semi-private bathrooms and shared kitchens. Almost all rooms are unique in shape and size, but regardless of layout each room is equipped with beds and mattresses (extra long twins), desks, chairs, bookshelves, built in closets, and window drapes. Also provided are cable, ethernet, and wifi.

This residential center has a mix of various bathrooms, some women’s, men’s and gender neutral. These bathrooms are a mix of single stalled lockable bathrooms with one toilet and one shower. There are also non-gendered bathroom that have two stalls and two showers.
