Clark Career and Internship Fairs are a great way to explore careers; check out specific companies and organizations that interest you; get career advice from industry insiders; expand your professional network; and yes, potentially win an interview. Come explore and practice introducing yourself — even if you are not specifically job hunting right now. Open to all majors and class years.
Career Discovery Treks allow students to gain insight into a variety of career fields in one trip. Treks are interactive field trips where students meet with alumni, learn what skills are needed in various industries, expand their professional networks, and increase their awareness of career possibilities.
Alumni Job Shadow Program
A job shadow offers a one-to-one opportunity for students to explore possible careers, get a behind-the-scenes look at specific companies and industries, and build their professional network. Students shadow an alumna/us employer-host for approximately one day at their workplace to learn firsthand what a typical day looks like.
Life After Clark
Seniors, what questions do you have about life after graduation? This daylong conference will help answer many of your most important questions. Faculty, alumni, and industry experts will provide tips on how to pick a career; network; build credit and manage student loans; select a grad school; interview; find your true calling; and more.
Career Connections Calendar
Taking that first step toward a career after graduation can be intimidating. The events and experiences offered by the CCC give you the opportunity to demystify career paths through workshops and connections; browse potential employers and opportunities at a career fair; attend a panel discussion for a specific industry; or sign up to learn and explore companies in a more personal setting through a career trek.
