Benefits of Living in Campus Housing

  • Facilities Management helps to maintain our on-campus facilities and provides the following to on-campus students: walkway shoveling during the winter months, trash and recycling removal, and addressing work requests for any apartment issues at no cost. Facilities Management provides repairs as needed 24/7 (within reason; emergencies are prioritized and general maintenance is deferred to business hours).
  • All rooms come fully furnished. Individual bedrooms come with a twin extra-long mattress and frame, a desk and chair, a closet/wardrobe or set of drawers. Common areas have furniture such as: a coffee table and couch and kitchens include a table, chairs, refrigerator, and microwaves. Additionally, laundry facilities are available to all on-campus residents.
  • Students have direct access to on-campus resources, such as Residential Life & Housing and University Police. If students are having any issues on-campus, they can connect directly with a Community Director or reach out to Residential Life & Housing so we can assist.
  • Living on-campus provides ease with applications and the housing process. Students sign individual housing contracts and do not have to worry about filling an apartment or having to find roommates. Residential Life & Housing offers 10-month contracts or semester-only contracts. Summer Housing is available at a separate cost.
