MSPM Advisory Council
The M.S. in Project Management Advisory Council was officially launched August 25, 2025, to strengthen the connection between Clark University’s Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM) program and the evolving needs of industry.
This Council is comprised of certified project management professionals, alumni, and student representatives who provide strategic advice, share industry insights, and support initiatives that enhance the student experience. Their work ensures the MSPM curriculum remains relevant, innovative, and aligned with global best practices in project management.
Council Members
Ray Davis, Jr.
Raymond Davis Jr., PMP, is Assistant Director of Engineering for the City of Worcester with over a decade of experience in civil engineering, construction management, and project estimation. He has managed large-scale infrastructure projects across Massachusetts, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AGTEK, and B2W Estimating. Raymond holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is currently pursuing an MPA for Senior Leadership degree at Clark University.
Aakash Garg
Aakash Garg, CFA, PMP, is a Program Manager in the Enterprise Project Management Office at Commonwealth Financial Network. He has over a decade of experience managing complex programs in the fintech sector, with expertise spanning securities, capital markets, and financial technology solutions. Aakash holds an M.S. in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani and a B.S. in Applied Physical Science (Electronics) from Delhi University.
Sakshi Gupta, MSPM Class of 2026
Sakshi Gupta is a Senior IT Project Manager at Clark University and a current student in the Master of Science in Project Management program. With professional experience spanning product ownership, agile software development, and IT portfolio management, she has led cross-functional teams to deliver projects in education, technology, and digital solutions. Sakshi’s background includes roles at Gurzu and Danson Solutions, where she advanced from intern to Associate Product Owner, reflecting her dedication to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stephan Koester
Stephan Koester, CISSP, PMP, is an accomplished technology services executive with over two decades of leadership in professional services, project management, and IT solutions delivery. He has directed large-scale identity and access management projects, spearheaded digital transformations, and built high-performing consulting teams across global enterprises. Stephan’s expertise spans program management, customer engagement, and strategic operations, consistently driving measurable business outcomes and client success. He holds an M.S. in Geophysics from Boston College and is fluent in German with working knowledge of Spanish.

Shabduli Khokrale, Alumni Representative
Shabduli Khokrale is an alumnus from Clark University’s M.S. in Project Management program and a certified SAP Finance Consultant. With over eight years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, she has led multiple SAP releases, managed post-deployment support, and delivered solutions in finance and technology. Shabduli has also held roles at IBM, KPMG, and Waters Corporation, bringing expertise in project delivery, business systems, and financial analysis.

David Morse
David R. Morse, PMP, has 35+ years in Project Management and consulting, serving clients in Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Mining, and Consumer Products.
David has delivered high-impact projects and training sessions, equipping teams with the skills and methodologies needed to navigate complex challenges. Through his work in critical thinking, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering innovation and driving measurable success.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wesleyan University and a Master’s in Business from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management, with a focus on Organizational Dynamics. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI and is currently an Authorized Training Partner (PMI-ATP). He is the Principal of Revolution Management Consulting, LLC
Mike Nollet
Mike Nollet, PMP, is a Senior Product Manager and Agile practitioner with extensive experience in IT and new product development. He has led global teams, designed project management systems, and managed complex portfolios across industries, with a focus on leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize performance and deliver measurable business outcomes. Mike holds an MBA from Boston University and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Mary Piecewicz, MSPM Program Director
Mary Piecewicz is Professor of Practice and Program Director for the Master of Science in Project Management at Clark University’s School of Professional Studies. She brings extensive leadership experience in higher education and program administration, having also served as Associate Dean of the School. Mary holds an MBA from Babson College, a Master’s in Professional Communication from Clark University, and is a Certified Project Manager PMP®, and Six Sigma Black Belt. Her teaching and professional focus center on project leadership, strategic management, and the integration of innovative practices in professional education.
Vanitha Prasada, Alumni Representative
Vanitha Prasad is a Technical Program Manager and an alumnus from Clark University’s Master of Science in Project Management program. She has more than 20 years of global experience in IT, telecom, networking, and healthcare technology, specializing in Agile transformation, risk management, and large-scale program leadership. At Capgemini Engineering, she directed multi-million-dollar enterprise projects for clients such as HPE, Netgear, and Juniper, scaling teams and improving delivery efficiency. Vanitha holds multiple professional certifications, including PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and CSPO®, and is dedicated to mentoring future leaders while advancing innovative project practices.
Laura Twohig, MSPM Faculty Member
Laura Twohig is an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Science in Project Management program at Clark University, bringing more than 25 years of experience in project leadership, education, and organizational development. She is currently Design Thinking Integration Manager at Steelcase, where she has also served as Regional Education Manager and Senior IT Project Manager. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University, a Master’s in Education from Aquinas College, and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and adjunct Professor in the School of Professional Studies MS Project Management program.
Tim Wech
Tim Wech, PMP, is a strategic program leader with over 20 years of experience in project and program management across the medical device, life sciences, and engineering sectors. He has directed cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products, integrate multimillion-dollar acquisitions, and streamline complex processes for global organizations. Tim has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of IT and PMO at Network Partners Group, where he scaled project management operations and drove significant revenue growth. He holds a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and an M.S. in Naval Architecture and Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan.

- Guiding priority projects that strengthen student skills and build program visibility
By serving as a bridge between academia and practice, the MSPM Advisory Council helps ensure graduates are prepared not only to manage projects effectively but also to lead with confidence in a rapidly changing world.
