Increase student life programming so that students stay better connected to each other during the pandemic.
Updates as of Feb. 12, 2021
- Student Leadership and Programming (SLP) has supported student organizations and clubs as they develop and implement programming virtually, and on and off campus. Initiatives include hiring social media ambassadors, updating the orientation coordinator job description to include programming throughout the fall semester to support students, and partnering with trivia and gaming companies for virtual events.
Wellness Education, in partnership with Student Leadership and Programming (SLP) and the Graduate Student Council, has purchased the Bright App to support student wellness.
This spring, SLP will support engagement opportunities such as Wellness Days, Red Square meet-and-greets, and socially distanced in-person club events.
