Between the Lines: A Clark Author Series
Clark University’s Jack Delehanty will discuss his recent book, “Making Moral Citizens: How Faith-Based Organizers Use Vocation for Public Action” (University of North Carolina Press, 2023). Learn more about his book here.

About the Author:
Jack Delehanty is assistant professor of sociology at Clark University. His research is driven by an interest in the ways cultural meaning systems, particularly those derived from religion, enable, constrain, and legitimate civic and political activity among everyday people in the U.S.
About Between the Lines:
Between the Lines is a Goddard Library speaker series co-sponsored by the office of the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs and is aimed at an audience of the curious, both within Clark and beyond. The purpose of the series is to celebrate Clark faculty scholarship through an intellectually accessible conversation with the author about their life and work.
