Postmark: Appears to read “Ausstellung für das W.G.M” (Exhibition for the W.G.M), referring to what was probably a specific event or organization in Erfurt.   

Historical background:

The postcard was sponsored by the Winter Relief Fund (Winterhilfswerk) in Erfurt. It commemorates the philatelic exhibition; an exhibition of stamps and postal history where stamp collectors—philatelists—compete for medals. The center stamp features the Erfurt Cathedral and the St. Severus Church in Erfurt, Germany, likely representing a local private postal service.  

The text in the front image reads “Stamp Exhbition in Erfurt, 1937 on March 7. For the Winter Relief Fund 1936/37. There is no handwriting or other text on the front or the back.
