Nicole (Missino) Forgit is Executive Director of Alumni & Friends Engagement and The Clark Fund. She oversees all aspects of alumni engagement programs and The Clark Fund, Clark’s annual giving program. Nicole joined Clark in September 2018 as Director of the Clark Fund after serving on the Annual Fund team at Brown University where she achieved record-breaking fundraising results for reunion giving. Prior to Brown, she served in fundraising and engagement roles at private boarding schools and in a non-profit healthcare system. She served as a lead for the Amplify Gender Equity & Leadership Initiative in 2021, completed Clark’s Diversity & Inclusion Certificate Program, and currently holds a position on the Board of Women in Development of Central MA. Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Rhode Island.

Cindy Ironson holds a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and a master’s from Temple University. As Director of Alumni & Friends Engagement, she guides the development of alumni and family programming, alumni volunteer groups and communications efforts. With a background in writing/editing and administration, she previously worked in the non-profit field, most notably for the American Cancer Society, organizing events and managing relationships with volunteers and high-performing fundraisers. She joined Clark in 2017 as an Associate Director of Alumni & Friends Engagement and helped manage alumni volunteer and affinity groups such as the Alumni Council, the GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Council, and the Undergraduate Parents Advisory Council.

E. brings with them over fifteen years of experience working within educational institutions. They have devoted years of time and energy on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts – working in larger multicultural offices at higher education institutions. E.’s experience in DEI will inform the continued work on supporting our affinity spaces, like CLAA or CBAA, and other efforts within Alumni & Friends Engagement. Additionally, E. has served the larger Worcester LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities in volunteering and collaborating with non-profits Queer the Scene and Pride Worcester. E. joined Clark in 2022 as the inaugural Associate Director for Gender and Sexuality and we are excited to have them as part of our team in supporting alumni and students in their journey at and beyond Clark.

Jamie joined Clark University in November 2021 after five years in education based non-profit organizations. Most recently, she worked as the Communications and Marketing Coordinator for Crossroads Continuum, a multi-service organization dedicated to teaching and servicing individuals with autism across their lifespan. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English, and a passion for building a community around a cause through creative communication. In her role at Clark, Jamie manages communications for both The Clark Fund and the Alumni and Friends Engagement office

Kimberly (Kim) Driscoll is a member of the Class of 2013 and returned to Clark in February 2023 as the Administrative Assistant for Alumni & Friends Engagement and The Clark Fund. After graduating, she received her master’s from Boston University along with a Fundraising Management Certificate. She began her career in the City of Worcester’s Cultural Development Office, later joining the Nativity School of Worcester’s fundraising team, and then the Worcester Jewish Community Center’s development team. Her background in event planning and community engagement, along with insight in Worcester, allows her to provide administrative and programmatic support for the A&FE and TCF teams.
