Alumni and Friends Engagement

Kevin joined Clark in September 2017; previously, he served in leadership positions at Bowdoin College, Carnegie Mellon University, Johnson & Wales University, Northwestern University, and the University of Rochester. He is a member of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District 1 Board and a past member of the CASE Commission on Alumni Relations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in music and economics from Bowdoin College and holds a leadership coaching certification from the University of Rochester’s Warner Graduate School of Education.

Mollie joined Clark University in May 2016. She oversees the planning of events for alumni across the globe. In addition, she manages the annual Family Weekend program, which brings hundreds of families to campus each fall. Mollie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and a master’s from Wesleyan University. Prior to joining Clark, Mollie spent 12 years working in the museum field, most recently as director of education at the Lyman Allyn Art Museum in Connecticut.

Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and a master’s from Temple University. With a background in writing/editing and administration, she most recently worked for the American Cancer Society, organizing events and managing relationships with volunteers and high-performing fundraisers. She joined Clark in 2017; her main responsibilities are to help manage alumni volunteer and affinity groups such as the Alumni Council, the GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Council, and the Undergraduate Parents Advisory Council. Cindy also helps to initiate, organize, and support alumni events and communication strategies.

Maria began her career in higher education ten years ago in alumni relations at the College of the Holy Cross. While there, she managed the college’s homecoming and reunion weekends, worked with and supported alumni affinity groups, and managed young alumni and student engagement while advising multicultural/identity-based student groups. Arriving at Clark three years ago, she was assistant to the chief diversity officer and helped coordinate the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program. As assistant director of Alumni and Friends Engagement, she works on affinity programming and reunion class planning, and advises the Student Alumni Relations Committee. She also advises the Asian Culture Society and Muslim Student Association student groups, and is an active mentor with the Sister in Stride affinity group for women of color on campus.

Alyssa joined Clark in September 2019 after working in educational and residential nonprofits for two years. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in political science from Suffolk University. She also serves as the editor-in-chief for a small online publication, Truth Bee Told Media.
