Our staff is concerned with your well-being as a person in our community of scholars. You can consult with people in this office about any aspect of life at Clark, whether personal or academic. Assistant Dean for Equity and Student Success
I am an advocate and resource for students who identify as people of color, first-generation, LGBTQIAP+, and international. I’ll support you and help identify resources that lead to your success.

I’m here to support your success. I meet with faculty, staff, and students to discuss concerns that impact the college experience, and help develop action plans. I’m always available to talk to you!
The Dean of the College Office comprises various departments that oversee the development and implementation of undergraduate academic programs and policies at Clark. Within this office is the LEEP Student Success Network — a constellation of academic advising and support staff that complements the work of faculty advisers. This comprehensive set of resources gives you the tools you need to shape your college journey and prepare for life after graduation. I’m responsible for developing academic programs and policies that ensure the quality of your educational experience.
Associate Dean of Academic Services
I can help you with all things academic, including questions about policies/exceptions; classes; and supports. I also oversee the Writing Center, where you can get help at any stage of the process.

Director of Prestigious Fellowships and Scholarships
I support you in finding and applying to scholarship opportunities. I work with you on your application materials and personal statements to help you reflect on your experiences, tell your story, find your purpose, and move toward your aspirations.
Director of Academic Support
With a team of peer tutors, I’ll work with you to navigate academic challenges. We can help you with organization, time management, and study strategies, or connect you with a specific subject tutor.
Director of Study Abroad and Study Away Programs
We’re here to help you through every step of the study abroad or away process, searching for the perfect opportunity for global exposure and skills, your application, and advising.
Assistant to the Dean of the College / Commencement Manager
I support the Dean of the College and can help you connect with her. I also can provide graduation information, answer questions, and direct you to the resources and members of our team who can help.
Associate Director of Community Engagement and Volunteering
With my team, I help students learn about Worcester and facilitate mutually beneficial connections to the Worcester community for volunteering, activism, and community-based courses and internships.

Director of Academic Advising
I’m available to help you plan your academic program and navigate registration processes, credit evaluations and transfers, University policies, self-designed majors, adviser changes, and more.
Interim Director of First-Year Experience
I oversee Navigator, our First-Year Experience program. I’m happy to support you throughout your first year, and can provide you with resources as well as connect you with others on campus.
Advisers and coaches in the Career Connections Center can help you find a job or internship, connect with employers and alumni career professionals, work on your resume, practice your interview skills, obtain advice, research careers, and more. We want to help you explore, design, and build your career. We’re here to provide guidance as you reflect on your goals, hone your skills, and prepare for a meaningful career after college. Our advisers leverage Clark’s global network of employers and alumni to connect you with part-time, full-time, and volunteer opportunities. You can meet online with advisers one-on-one and attend virtual workshops and events.

I oversee Career Connections Center operations and manage our on-campus student employment program. I’m happy to meet with you about how to successfully navigate your on-campus work experience.
Director of Career Development
I advise social science/STEM majors and students considering them, and will help you explore careers, find internships and jobs, meet alumni, apply to grad school, secure project funding, and more.
Director of Employer Engagement
I’ll help you gain insight by connecting you with recruiters from different organizations and alumni on ClarkCONNECT, and advising you on making the most of Handshake in your job/internship search.
Associate Director of Early Career Development
I oversee the ClarkCONNECT Alumni Job Shadow Program and advise arts, humanities, and social sciences majors, as well as students interested in careers related to those areas.
Associate Director of Employer Engagement
I manage relationships with regional employers and organize events connecting students with potential employers and alumni. I also advise students majoring in or considering management and economics.
Career Connections Center Office Manager
I manage the administrative office for the Career Connections Center, which includes supervision of the ASEC lobby information desk. I can help direct you to the appropriate office for more help.
