In celebration of Juneteenth, last Thursday the Clark Black Alumni Association (CBAA) hosted a virtual conversation with Professor Ousmane Power-Greene, Ph.D., an associate professor in the History department and Clark’s director of Africana Studies.
Dr. Power-Greene discussed the 15 years of inspiration (all at Clark!) that went into his recently published novel, “The Confessions of Matthew Strong.” It was great to have so many join the engaging conversation, particularly as this was the CBAA’s third annual Juneteenth celebration!
