2009-2010 Room Rates

For those students who will be in housing both semesters next year, rates will not increase from 2008-09 levels.  Spring Semester rates are $500 less than the Fall Semester rates.  The intention is for students to be encouraged to move on campus in the spring, or rewarded for staying on campus for the Spring Semester when occupancy rates are typically lower than in the fall.  This is the same billing schedule that has been used in Blackstone Hall since it opened in 2007.  For more information, see About Room Rates.
