Programs Descriptions
Dual-Degree Programs
You must submit an application and all required attachments (e.g. transcripts, recommendations, TOEFL scores) to the IDCE Department.
You must also concurrently submit an application only to the GSOM MBA program. You will submit just one application fee and deposit to the IDCE Department, which will be considered your "home department."
IDCE will share your required attachments with GSOM. In your required written essay, which can be used for both applications, please address the reasons why you would like to pursue both degrees.
The priority deadline for dual degree applications is February 1. Students are strongly encouraged to submit their applications by this date if they want to be considered for tuition fellowships and want to ensure their place in the class the following fall. Late applications will be accepted as long as there is space available. Contact Admissions to inquire about space and availability.

Return to top >>How do I check my application status?
For applicants who have submitted an online application:
You may check on your application materials by logging into your online application. Go to the Graduate application, log in and type in your password. Go to Processed Applications then click on Fall 2013. It will show a checklist of materials received and the date when they were received. Please keep in mind that during the month of January, we are receiving an abundance of materials from all over the world. It will take about a week or so (maybe a little less) for the admissions office to process all of them. We understand your concern for our application deadline and we appreciate your patience in this matter. Please check back with us by January 23rd if your checklist does not appear to include all submitted materials.
How do I pay my $50 application fee?
There are three options to pay the $50 application fee: a personal check (drawn on a U.S. bank), a postal money order, or cash (although sending cash through the mail is not recommended). Listed below is information for mailing checks:
