Before You Arrive
With your Clark Account you will be able to access critical services including email, ClarkYou, network file storage, Moodle courses, use of lab computers and printing, etc. You will have received login information in emails earlier this summer.
Your Clark email address is where you will receive important updates and orientation calendar invitations from Clark, your professors, and fellow students — so it’s critical that you check your email often. We recommend you install the Outlook application for your mobile device. You can also check your email and calendar online.
Your Clark OneCard is your official University identification and is required for all students. It also gives you access to campus buildings, the library, printing services, dining, parking, and student discounts. OneCards will be distributed by your school or department upon your arrival on campus.
Be sure you bring documentation of your immunization history with you when you come to campus.
Health and accident insurance is required by Massachusetts law for all students.
Visit the ClarkYou Portal to register for classes.
Visit the CU website to ensure your payments are up-to-date.
Take advantage of free software provided to Clark students, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
