Please join The English Department on October 23-25 at 5 pm for the Winston Napier Conference: Then and Now, part of Clark University’s African American Intellectual Series. Convened by Professor Kourtney Senquiz, the Winston Napier Conference celebrates the 20th anniversary of Professor Napier’s foundational African American Literary Theory.

Visual and Performing Arts faculty Ariana Falk and  Cailin Manson will be featured on the final day of the conference discussing their recent performance of “Genius Children: Honoring the Music of Black Composers” from September 26th, 2020. The conversation will be moderated by Dr. Benjamin Korstvedt of the music program.
