This spoke of the wellness wheel is dedicated to our physical health. This encompasses all things that impact and are related to the overall functioning of our physical body including level of activity, nutrition, lifestyle, etc. When we struggle with physical wellness, we can experience illness or diseases or disruptions to aspects of our daily life like sleep, digestion, mood, and energy levels.
