During the week of National First-Generation College Student Day, Clark University hosts a weeklong calendar of events and programs aimed at supporting and uplifting the voices, experiences, and needs of current first-gens, including students, faculty, and staff.

At Clark University, First-Gen Week presents an opportunity to raise community awareness of the first-generation college student identity and deepened our understanding of the systemic barriers within higher education that prevent the first-gen population from thriving across education, career, and life.
