Marsh Institute researcher John Rogan (Geography) recently received funding from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Conservation and Recreation for the project Revitalizing the Hadwen Arboretum, Columbus Park Neighborhood. The project will engage students in forest revitalization activities at the Hadwen Arboretum, including planting, tagging, and adding signage. Results of the project will be shared via online maps, a public website, and community events, and will inform long-term goals for the Arboretum.
