It is with great sadness that we communicate the passing of our friend and colleague Sheila Onzere. Sheila was a research scientist in the Humanitarian Response and Development Lab (HURDL) at the Marsh Institute. She was a talented social scientist who made contributions to the fields of development, livelihoods, climate adaptation, and forest governance out of proportion to her all-too-short career. Sheila was also a singular colleague, supportive, kind, and collaborative to the core. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
