Courses and Requirements
The MBA program consists of 11 core courses, 3 to 4 courses in your concentration area, 1 to 2 electives, a capstone experience and a professional internship. Classes worth 1.0 unit are in session for the duration of the 14-week semester, while 0.5 unit courses are just 7 weeks long or a half-semester.
For students with an undergraduate business major, you can accelerate through your Clark MBA and complete the degree in just 3 semesters if you meet the waiver requirements for our core courses.
Waivers & Transfer Credit
You are eligible to waive certain MBA courses if you have completed a similar course with a grade of B- or higher in the 6 years prior to your enrollment. Up to 2 units of graduate-level transfer credit will be granted if you completed your coursework at an AACSB-accredited school.
Courses are offered in the Fall and Spring semesters, and during the Winter and Summer sessions. In a rush to finish? This year, Clark offered a first ever intensive course titled Sustainability and Corporate Strategy during spring break week. Clark holds classes on our main Worcester campus as well as the Graduate School of Management Metrowest Campus in Southborough, which is conveniently located between Worcester and Boston.
