Courses and Requirements
Clark’s MSA program consists of 10 courses. An additional 2 Foundation Courses are required for students who haven't taken these courses previously.
Program Length
Full-time students can complete the program in 10 months. Part-time students go at their own pace, but typically complete the program in 2-3 years.
MSA Course Requirements
Foundation Courses (2 units)
One or both of the foundation courses may be waived based on prior undergraduate or graduate coursework.
- Accounting (one course)
- Economics or Operations Management or Statistics or Quantitative Methods (one course)
Core Courses (5 units)
Course substitutions permitted based on prior coursework.
- ACCT 5101: Financial Accounting and Reporting I
- ACCT 5102: Financial Accounting and Reporting II
- ACCT 5103: Management Accounting
- ACCT 5105: Financial and Operational Auditing
- ACCT 5206: Tax Strategies and Management Decisions
Elective Courses (total 5 units from the following two groups):
Group 1: Minimum 2 units from the following:
