Graduate Orientation

Dean’s Welcome

We are delighted to welcome you to the Master of Fine Arts in Interactive Media at Clark University. You may be looking to enhance your portfolio, to complete an unfished project; perhaps you dream of teaching game development to others, or maybe you just want to better prepare yourself for a job in interactive media. No matter what the reason, you are here because you are passionate about video game design – so are we! Regardless of your game background, or where on the interactive media spectrum your interests lie, this MFA program has you covered. Game artists, game programmers, game designers, VR/AR or UI/UX designers and more, all have an opportunity to explore their personal horizons and produce industry-quality evidence of their skill sets.

The MFA program at Clark University’s Becker School of Design and Technology is highly ranked, hands-on, and imminently flexible – allowing you to work full time while you complete your studies. No other program of its kind has access to a full studio-based curriculum. We are looking forward to helping you fully develop your vision and game-making skills. We can’t wait for you to show us your next great idea!

Paul Cotnoir

Sincerely,
