The Financial Information Security Plan strives to ensure the security and confidentiality of student and other customer financial records and information.

The PCI Compliance Policy includes technical and operational requirements for employees who access or maintain credit card information to prevent fraud, hacking, and other security vulnerabilities.
Red Flag Policies and Procedures
Clark University has created policies and procedures that enable the institution to mitigate, identify, detect, and respond to patterns, practices, or specific activities — known as “red flags” — that could indicate identity theft.
FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) guarantees that the academic records for students over 18 years old cannot be discussed with anyone except the student or authorized University personnel.
