To continue gaining deeper cultural competency, the University’s senior leadership team will participate in professional development opportunities.


Updates as of March 30, 2022

  • The University’s senior leadership team is participating in a professional development program centered around the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) model. The three-phase program includes both personal and group assessment exercises to gain insights into how individuals engage when interacting with others who are culturally different. The aim is to provide an opportunity for the senior leadership team to deepen their cultural sensitivity and awareness necessary for progressive action.
