What can I do with a degree in political science?

Political science majors graduate prepared for careers in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors, including positions in local, state, and national government, in international and community organizations, and in business, journalism, and education. Some of our students choose to go on to professional or graduate programs and earn advanced degrees in law, management, urban planning, public administration, public policy, political science, and other fields.
