Meet the Staff

Maria began her career in higher education over ten years ago working with alumni. She first joined the Clark campus as assistant to the chief diversity officer and helped coordinate the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program. She then spent two years as assistant director of Alumni and Friends Engagement, working on affinity groups and programming, reunion class planning, and advising the Student Alumni Relations Committee. She has been an adviser to the Asian Student Union, Muslim Student Association, and Middle Eastern and North African Student Association. She remains an active mentor with the Sisters in Stride affinity group for women of color on campus.

As assistant director of Student Leadership and Programming, she looks forward to continuing to work with student organizations and supporting their event and programming efforts for the campus community.
