Speaker Bio
Dr. Nichole Argo is a social psychologist and researcher who has published research on intergroup dynamics in top political science and social psychology journals. She believes in merging science and practice and has consulted with local and national governments, media groups, school systems, and policy think tanks around issues such as DEI, political violence, and storytelling initiatives around local lived experiences and upstanding. She previously served as the Director of Research and Advancement at Over Zero. She co-founded the Lived Experiences Project in Needham, Massachusetts, a storytelling initiative that aims to shed light on the range of lived experiences that exist in Needham, and the Needham Resilience Network, a diverse leaders assembly focused on building relationships across difference and co-creating local policy solutions.
