A group of Clark students recently spent a weekend in Memphis, Tennessee, as part of Clark Inspired Experiences — a series of trips designed to give students a closer look at the fight for civil rights and justice in the United States.
During their time in Memphis, the students stood at the site where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated, explored the National Civil Rights Museum, and connected with alumni making a difference.
See link in bio to read more about their trip and the CIE initiative, which aims provide a deeper connection to history and inspire students to become agents of change. 🌍💡
