Healthy Clark Dashboard and Healthy Clark COVID Plan

Welcome to the Clark community! We’re excited you have chosen to continue your undergraduate career with us at Clark University. Before you join us on campus in August, there are some steps you need to take. Below, you’ll find a to-do list that will help keep you organized, answer your questions, fuel your excitement, and ease the transition.

Log in frequently to CUWeb and ClarkYOU to keep track of your progress.

To-Do List

Activate your new Clark account to begin using the University’s network services and to complete the tasks required of new students. If you haven’t done this already, you should activate your account now by clicking the button below.

Clark creates a special T-shirt to celebrate our first-year class. We want your vote on a T-shirt style.

All students will have access to view semester invoices and monthly billing statements online through CUWeb (via ClarkYOU).

However, if you want your parent or someone else to receive e-bill notifications and view your e-bill, you must grant this authorization by following the steps below. Once you do, they will receive an email message whenever your e-bill is available; you also will receive that email message via your Clark account. Note: You must log in to CUWeb (via ClarkYOU) to accomplish this task.

  • Once you are logged into CUWeb (via ClarkYOU), click on Registration under the CU Web Welcome tab).
  • On the Registration page, click on the red bar that says Student Services & Financial Aid.
  • On the Student Services and Financial page, click on Student Account Information.
  • On the Student Account page, click on View and Pay Student Account to go to the site.
  • On, to view bills, go to the Your Bills box on the right side, and click on View All.
  • On the same page, you also may authorize a third party. In the Parent and Third Party Authorizations box at the bottom left, click on Add New.
  • On the Parent or Third Party PIN Information page, you may enter information about your parent or third party. Note: In the first box, Parent or Third Party Authorization, enter a unique identifier such as the parent or third party’s name; this creates a user name.
  • Complete the remaining information and click OK.

You know you’re an official Clarkie when you get your Clark OneCard! It’s more than your campus ID; it serves as a key to a number of campus services (including access to your residence hall). Find out more about the OneCard.

All students must have a photo ID. Submit a digital photo online, and your OneCard will be printed and ready for you when you arrive for Orientation. Photo requirements are similar to those for a driver’s license or passport. Note: You must log in.

Please use a JPG/JPEG file. Your photo should be no larger than 480 x 640 pixels and less than 200KB in file size.

Students register online for courses every semester. Course offerings are refreshed within minutes of changes being made to the database. Detailed instructions are emailed by the Registrar’s Office to all students prior to each registration period.

To complete wellness training, you will need internet access and a speaker/headphones to play the audio in the courses. Your progress is saved automatically, so you may complete each course in multiple sittings. Please know that all of your responses are confidential.

A link with instructions is coming soon.

Complete the health insurance waiver form if you have other comparable health insurance coverage and want to remove the health insurance charge from your student bill. See the information below for waiver procedures for domestic and international students.

Incoming students who do not complete a health insurance waiver/enrollment form by the deadline below will be automatically enrolled in, and charged for, the Clark University Student Health Insurance Plan so the University may comply with Massachusetts law.

Mail your completed forms to:

Director of Health Services
Clark University
950 Main St.

To avoid registration holds and loss of class time, all balances must be paid by the due date.

To finalize your enrollment, Admissions needs your final transcript from your most recent undergraduate institution. Contact the Admissions Office if you have specific questions about what is required.

The Office of Financial Assistance wants to wrap up all of your awards before you come to campus; this requires you to finish a bit of paperwork. Make sure to contact the Office of Financial Assistance to see if anything is still outstanding.
