Welcome to the Clark community! We’re excited you have chosen to start your college career at Clark University. Before you join us on campus, there are some steps you need to take — before you join us on campus in August. Below, you’ll find a to-do list that will help keep you organized, answer your questions, fuel your excitement, and ease the transition.

Log in frequently to CUWeb/ClarkYOU to keep track of your progress.

To-Do List

Activate your new Clark account to begin using the University’s network services and completing the tasks required of new students. If you haven’t done this already, you should activate now by clicking on the button below.

ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

All students will have access to view semester invoices and monthly billing statements online through CUWeb (ClarkYOU).

If you want your parent or someone else to receive e-bill notifications and view your e-bill, you must grant this authorization by following the steps below. Once you do, they will receive an email message whenever your e-bill is available; you also will receive that email message via your Clark email. Note: You must log in to CUWeb (ClarkYOU) to accomplish this task.

LOG INTO CUWeb

  • Once you you are logged into CUWeb (ClarkYOU), click on Registration under CU Web (Welcome tab).
  • On Registration page, click on red bar that says Student Services & Financial Aid.
  • On Student Services and Financial page, click on Student Account Information.
  • On Student Account page, click on View and Pay Student Account to go to the cashnet.com site.
  • On cashnet.com, to view bills, go to the Your Bills box on right side, and click on View All.
  • On the same cashnet.com page, you also may authorize a third party. In the Parent and Third Party Authorizations box at bottom left, click on Add New.
  • On the Parent or Third Party PIN Information page, you may enter information about your parent or third party. Note: In the first box, Parent or Third Party Authorization, enter a unique identifier such as the parent or third party’s name; this creates a user name.
  • Complete the remaining information and click OK.

Housing:  Living in one of our residence halls as an International Pathways student is a key part of your Clark experience — but there’s a lot to know, like how to apply for housing and plan for your arrival in August.

Meal Plan: Please note that students living in Traditional Lifestyle or Suite Lifestyle Housing are required to have a full meal plan and will be assigned the All Access Plan if no selection is made. Note: You must log in.

HOUSING AND MEAL PLAN SIGN-UP

You know you’re an official Clarkie when you get your Clark OneCard! It’s more than your campus ID; it serves as a key to a number of campus services (including access to your residence hall). Find out more about the OneCard.

All students must have a photo ID. Submit a digital photo online, and your OneCard will be printed and ready for you when you arrive for Orientation. Photo requirements are similar to those for a driver’s license or passport. Note: You must log in.

SUBMIT YOUR PHOTO

Please use a JPG/JPEG file. Your photo should be no larger than 480 x 640 pixels and less than 200KB in file size.
