Coming to campus is the best way to connect with the people, places and experiences that will help you decide if Clark is right for you. Whether you’re currently in high school or are thinking about transferring, a customized day on campus will start you down the right path. Read through our visit options below. Then, sign up, pick a date and select your visit options.
Open to all prospective students and their families, Clark’s daily visit program takes about two hours and includes an information session with an admissions counselor, a Q&A panel with current students, and a guided tour of campus.
Offered on weekdays at 10am and 1:30pm during the academic year and summer; select weekends September - November and February - April.
Classroom Experience: Sit in on a 50- to 75-minute class to learn what academic life is like at Clark. Current high school seniors and transfer students are welcome in this program from September to December and in April. All prospective students are welcome in February and March. The program takes a summer break from May to August. Because availability is dependent on many factors, certain class visits may be subject to cancellation.
Coffee/Lunch with a Clarkie: Take 45 minutes to have coffee or lunch with a current Clarkie in our Higgins Café or Bistro. This is your opportunity to get answers to questions about what Clark is really like from the student perspective. Families: we would be happy to suggest lunch options for you in the neighborhood, or you’re welcome to explore campus on your own during this time.
Additional opportunities for one-on-one conversations: If you’re not able to join a current student for Lunch with a Clarkie, there are a number of other ways for interested juniors and seniors to connect with members of the Clark community. Admissions staff periodically offer in-person conversations in a number of cities around the U.S.; alumni volunteers offer interviews in-person or over Skype; and, in some cases, a staff member may be available to meet with you on the day of your visit. We recommend contacting your counselor directly if you’d like to connect.
Immerse yourself in the Clark experience during one of our half-day programs held each October and November for prospective students and families. Open Houses allow students to learn more about student life and academics, the campus community, and opportunities for research and internships.
For admitted students
Open Houses for admitted students will be held on March 17, April 14, and April 22. Go to Clark's Admitted Student website to register.
College counselor visits
We love to meet college counselors from high schools around the U.S. and around the world. Email Shaun Holt to set up a time to visit us, see the campus, or meet with the Clark admissions representative for your area.
If your school or organization is interested in arranging a visit for a group of students, please review our group visit guidelines for more information and submit a group visit request form through our website. While we do our best to accommodate requests, group visits are subject to the availability of Clark staff and students and require advance notice of one month.
