What is the onboarding process?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Recently hired for an on-campus position? If you have never worked on-campus before, then you first need to complete what we call the \u201conboarding\u201d process prior to your first day of work. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Two steps of onboarding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All students who need to onboard at Clark receive complete instructions via email. An abbreviated version of the onboarding process follows. For the most-up to-date version, check your email when you are hired!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Bring your official government identification documents to Clark<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Before coming to Clark, make sure you have your original forms of government identification. No copies will be accepted. For most Clark students, the forms of ID are usually a passport OR either an original SSN card or original or certified birth certificate. I-9 Acceptable Identification<\/a> outlines the full list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Submit your employment forms for review<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You will receive your onboarding packet via email from clarku@interviewexchange.com with the subject line \u201cYour Onboarding Process at \u2013 Clark University [New Hire Student]\u201d and an email from WorkBright with the subject line with the subject line \u201cAccess your required paperwork for Clark University.\u201d Please complete all necessary forms online as instructed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
