The annual insurance charge will be applied on the Fall semester bill and the charge for the Spring semester will be applied on the Spring semester bill for newly eligible Spring students.  All students with a comparable U.S. health insurance plan may apply for a waiver online by visiting&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universityhealthplans.com\/clark\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.universityhealthplans.com\/clark<\/a>. International students must also have medical evacuation and repatriation coverage to be eligible for a waiver. Please contact University Health Plans for any questions on the plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment, waivers or plan issues at 1-800-437-6448 or&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:info@univhealthplans.com\">info@univhealthplans.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-emergency\">Emergency?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Need your Clark University Blue Cross Blue Shield Member Information?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hard copies of your BCBS insurance ID card are mailed to your address on file or Clark Student Mailbox. You can look up your membership information online 24\/7 by clicking Insurance ID Card located on the left-hand side of the page at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.universityhealthplans.com\/clark\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.universityhealthplans.com\/clark<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also download the MyBlue Member app at:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/myblue.bluecrossma.com\/student\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/myblue.bluecrossma.com\/student<\/a>&nbsp;to access your electronic ID card or visit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluecrossma.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.bluecrossma.org\/<\/a>&nbsp;to create an online account to access a PDF ID Card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students under the age of 18 do not have access to the MyBlue Member App or an online BCBS account.
