The United Way Day of Caring, now in its 27th year, mobilizes the power of volunteers from local companies and community residents. Last year, more than 450 volunteers came together to complete 43 projects at 37 local agencies.
This year, the School of Management will participate in the Worcester Green Corps neighborhood cleanup from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
We will meet at University Park at 9:30 a.m. and spread out around the area to pick up litter. All tools and sanitation materials will be provided. Volunteers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes, and close-toed shoes. This is a great opportunity to get to know your peers in SOM while giving back to the community!
