Graduate students have new, semi-private offices and access to dedicated lab clusters, which include a smart playroom for automated behavioral tracking, eye tracking and 3D manual reach tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the recently updated Developmental Lab offers several pairs of rooms in which individuals or groups can be observed and filmed through one-way mirrors. These resources, among the many more available within the Robert Hutchings Goddard Library, demonstrate our commitment to research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lab spaces are organized in clusters that characteristically contain three or four (or more) data collection rooms, observation rooms, and data coding and analysis spaces. These lab clusters include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Bliss Child and Family Center, containing several pairs of rooms in which individuals or groups can be observed and filmed through one-way mirrors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Child Study Lab, with similar sets of paired rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Social Psychology Lab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional rooms for data collection needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the Psychological Services area includes two therapy suites that permit the observation and videotaping of clinical sessions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clark\u2019s Psychology Department has more than 35,000 square feet dedicated to learning, research, and laboratory work.
