Your OneCard photo image will be used to produce your OneCard and may also be displayed in software used by Housing, Campus Police, Student Accounts, or other Clark staff to verify your identity.

Access to buildings/spaces is controlled by various departments across campus based on your role at Clark and your access rights.

If you can’t get access to a space that you believe you have rights to, please contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@clarku.edu, 508-793-7745) so we can check that you have the correct permissions. If you need additional rights, we can point you in the direction of the correct department.

Your OneCard number is your Clark University ID Number. It is used by administrative systems and departments as a unique way to identify you.

The easiest way to find your OneCard number is by looking at your OneCard!

Your OneCard number is the first eight numbers printed on the front of your OneCard. The last two numbers simply represent the issuance number for your card. This gets updated if your card is lost and replaced.
