Would you like the opportunity to be part of a community while you enhance your leadership skills? Do you want to become a change agent? If so, consider attending&nbsp;Connections@Clark, a five-day, social justice and leadership-themed program designed specifically for students of color but open to all incoming first year and transfer students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previous leadership experience is not required to participate. We define leadership as wanting to have a positive impact on whatever community you are part of, and we want to help you make those dreams a reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>application coming soon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Frequently Asked Questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details icon faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How would Connections benefit me?<\/summary>\n<p>Through Connections, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive guidance from a team of peer mentors who are involved in a wide array of student organizations at Clark.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make friends and get to know a group of diverse students before the semester begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in workshops on social justice, identity, and how to be a change agent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn about Clark\u2019s resources and participate in interactive workshops that will help you discover \u2014 or solidify \u2014 your passions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bond with your peers through fun social activities like laser tag or bowling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the school year,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/offices\/identity\/\">the Office of Identity, Student Engagement, and Access (ISEA)<\/a>&nbsp;provides additional opportunities for you to continue building your leadership skills.
